Mental Health Awareness

Many of our fellow Filipinos experienced mental depression especially in this COVID 19 because of the fear of contracting the virus. Aside from that, we are advised by the government to stay at home and the majority lost their jobs. It is not easy to have a nervous breakdown, you may experience depression, hopelessness, and severe anxiety that leads you to the thoughts of suicide or self-harm. The reason why I'm raising this awareness is to avoid unwanted circumstances and help them to cope well with stress. Socialize more with friends and family. Social support is crucial for managing stress. Let us be the youth that can make our world a better place.
